End of Smith

Another cd for JP and a fun project. After several jobs for him behind us, he trusted me enough to forge my own way and did not supply me with photos or much direction. He challenged me to come up with something on my own.

The title of the recording: “End of Smith,” is in reference to the rapid gentrification of Smith Street in Brooklyn. So, I went out with my camera a couple of times and walked the several miles from one end to the other and must have taken at least 100 or so photographs for my source material.
